TICKETS

You will only be able to attend this service by registering your place in advance. There is limited space and seating due to social distancing regulations and the tickets will be given on a first come first served basis.

QUEUING & ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes before the service begins as we will need to stagger entry times. You will need to queue in a socially distanced fashion outside until the welcome team call you in.

After checking your ticket on the register, you will be provided hand sanitiser before entering the building.

EXIT

At the end, the hosts will give instructions on how to exit the building. You will be encouraged to chat outside in the garden area or in groups of 6 or less indoors.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Social distancing will be in operation at these services which means no handshakes, hugging or physical contact. You will be seated in separate households with spare seats between you and your neighbours.

MASKS

We kindly ask that you wear masks throughout the time in our building. We will have some spare if you forget yours. For more information on government guidelines around face coverings please click here.

REFRESHMENTS & HYGIENE

For the time being, there will be no refreshments available so please make sure to bring a water bottle and take it home with you after the service. Please do not bring any food to this event for hygiene reasons. We will ensure our spaces are regularly cleaned and surfaces wiped down.

WORSHIP, SINGING & PRAYER

To prevent transmission we will have normal congregational singing or out-loud prayer from the floor. Instead you will be encouraged to worship in the quietness of your heart as we seek God’s presence together.

We will have a small team leading the songs from the stage, behind a protective shield as well as using pre-recorded material on the screens. We are aiming to make this time as creative and engaging as possible.

CHILDREN, YOUTH & FAMILIES

Our service has Lighthouse Kids running in the Main Hall next door to the church for young people aged 2-11 and sessions will be run in a covid-secure way by the team. SOLAR will be running upstairs for young people aged 11-16. All young people will head out after being in the main service for the the first few songs.

For those with babies and toddlers under 2 we have created a space at the back of the church where parents can sit more freely with their children although they will need to take care that they stay with them at all times. No toys are provided, so please bring what you need.
